Chester Soccer Club Night At UNH is set!
In August the Chester Soccer Club hosted a week long summer soccer camp run by the University of New Hampshire Men’s soccer team. One of the GREAT benefits to this partnership is the opportunity to participate in a UNH home game. This is our special night to be the men’s team’s VIP community guests.
Chester Community Night will be Saturday, October 25th at 7:00 pm in the Wildcat Stadium. We will be taking on Hartford that night!
Schedule:
- We typically invite players and families to arrive 2 hours before the game to come tailgate and use the field before the men’s team warms up. Parking is in “Wildcat Village/Priority Parking” which is a parking lot next to the tennis courts on the side of the Athletic Building.
- After the tailgate, the Chester players will participate in an International Walkout and/or Fan Tunnel prior to kickoff. Chester Soccer Club will then be recognized in the announcements. Players will return to the stands after the national anthem.
- At half-time, Chester players and a few team coaches will be asked back out to the field for 10 minute small-sided scrimmages. At the end of the game, Chester players will join the UNH players on the field for a photo!
